We have adjusted to pandemic life by offering digital art projections via our Charles Street facing windows. Our new digital window gallery allows Baltimore-based artists to see their work realized on a grand scale and makes it available to the general public through nightly screenings.

Our first digital exhibition was Close Read, a group exhibition featuring newly commissioned works by Akea Brionne Brown, SHAN Wallace, and Savannah Wood culled from their research on the AFRO American Newspapers' archives. Close Read was produced by Savannah Wood and the AFRO American Newspapers and supported by a grant from the Grit Fund, with additional funding from the Awesome Foundation and Afro Charities and was on exhibit from from August 27 - October 1, 2020.
